1 8-ounce packagefrozen, peeled, cooked shrimpsee savings

1/2 of an 8-ounce packagefrozen crab-flavored, salad-style fish (about 1 cup)see savings

Directions
1.
In a large saucepan cook green sweet pepper and onion in hot oil until tender; stir in cornstarch. Add stewed tomatoes and tomato juice. Cook and stir until mixture is bubbly.
2.
Add okra; return mixture to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
3.
Add shrimp, crab-flavored fish, rice, and beef broth. Return mixture to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and let stand about 5 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
