    beef steak with gravy

Directions
1.
In a large skillet, cook peppers in hot oil over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes or just until tender. Stir in beef steak with gravy, salsa, and cumin. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 2 minutes, breaking up beef into small pieces.
2.
Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well and mix in butter to melt. Serve beef mixture over noodles. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with salad.
