Shrimp and Bacon Dip

Ingredients
2 packages (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
2 green onions, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 package (5-ounce) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
5 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 pound cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Assorted crackers
Raw vegetables
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a 1.5-quart slow cooker. Cook for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
2. Serve with assorted crackers or raw vegetables.
