Ingredients

4 tbsp.butter, meltedsee savings

2 tsp.grated orange peelsee savings

1/2 cuppecan halves, coarsely choppedsee savings

1 can(16 ounces) whole berry cranberry saucesee savings

1/3 cuporange juice or watersee savings

4large cooking apples, cored and thinly sliced (about 6 cups)see savings

Directions
1.
Mix the butter, sugar, orange peel, cinnamon, stuffing and pecans in a 1-quart bowl. Set the mixture aside.
2.
Mix the cranberry sauce, juice and apples in a 3-quart bowl. Add half of the stuffing mixture and stir lightly to coat. Spoon into an 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining stuffing mixture over the apple mixture.
3.
Bake at 375 degrees F. for 40 minutes or until the apples are tender.
