Savory Sweet Potato Pan Bread

1 1/2 cupsuncooked shredded sweet potato (about 1/2 potato)see savings

1/2 cupsugarsee savings

1/3 cupvegetable oilsee savings

2eggssee savings

-
1 cupGold Medal® all-purpose floursee savings

1/2 cupGold Medal® whole wheat floursee savings

-
2 teaspoonsinstant minced onionsee savings

-
1 teaspoondried rosemary leaves, crumbledsee savings

-
1 teaspoonbaking sodasee savings

-
1/2 teaspoonsaltsee savings

-
1/4 teaspoonbaking powdersee savings

1 tablespoonsesame seedsee savings

Directions
1.
Heat oven to 350 degrees . Grease bottom only of round pan, 9x1 1/2 inches, with shortening.
2.
Mix sweet potato, sugar, oil and eggs in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except sesame seed. Spread in pan. Sprinkle sesame seed over batter.
3.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
