  • 1 oil spray for greasing baking sheet
  • 1 pound ground sirloin
  • 1/3 cup soy powder
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Italian or pizza seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground peper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly oil baking sheet.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sirloin, soy flour, cheese, parsley, seasoning, water, salt, and pepper. Roll into 24 balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake 10 minutes.
