1 pound ground sirloin
1/3 cup soy powder
1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons Italian or pizza seasoning
2 tablespoons cold water
1/2 teaspoon ground peper
1/2 teaspoon salt
