1 Poundkale, stems removed and torn into 2-inch piecessee savings

1 PoundSwiss chard, stems removed and torn into 2-inch piecessee savings

2 Tablespoonsolive oilsee savings

1red bell pepper, thinly slicedsee savings

2 Tablespoonsfinely chopped shallot (about 1)see savings

1/2 Teaspoonsaltsee savings

1/8 Teaspooncrushed red pepper flakessee savings

Directions
1.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add kale and Swiss chard; cook 3 minutes. Transfer to a colander and drain well.
2.
In same pot, heat oil over medium-low heat. Add bell pepper and shallot. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3.
Return greens to pot; add salt, and red pepper flakes to taste. Saute until greens are tender, about 5 minutes.
