Santa Fe Nights Rub

A wonderful blend of three different chilies combined with an earthy cumin and sweet dark sugar make this a delicious rub for beef and pork.

2 tablespoonschili powdersee savings

2 tablespoonspaprikasee savings

1 tablespoonground coriandersee savings

1 tablespoongarlic powdersee savings

1 tablespoondried oregano, crushedsee savings

3 teaspoonsground cuminsee savings

2 teaspoonsground chipotle peppersee savings

1 teaspooncrushed red pepper flakessee savings

1/4 cupdark brown sugarsee savings

1 teaspoonfreshly ground black peppersee savings

2 tablespoonskosher saltsee savings

Directions
1.
Mix all ingredients. Massage enough of rub mixture into meat to coat. Cover and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours.
2.
Before cooking, coat again with rub mixture. Barbeque, bake, or broil your meat as desired. Leftover rub can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
