Directions
1.
In a blender container place fresh tomatoes or undrained canned tomatoes, lime juice, onion, jalapeno pepper, sugar, and hot pepper sauce. Cover and blend until smooth.
2.
Strain mixture through a sieve lined with 100-percent-cotton cheesecloth. Transfer to a serving pitcher. Stir in orange juice and tequila. Serve over ice cubes. If desired, garnish with celery stalks and lime wedges. Makes 7 to 9 (4-ounce servings).
