Salsa Verde Tilapia

With just 4 ingredients you can create this enjoyable, kicked-up fish dish topped with melted cheese.

Ingredients

Vegetable cooking spraysee savings

6fresh tilapia fillets (about 1 1/2 pounds)see savings

1 1/2 cupsPace® Salsa Verdesee savings

-
6 tbsp.crumbled feta or queso fresco cheesesee savings

-
Chopped fresh cilantro leaves (optional)see savings

Directions
1.
Heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 3-quart shallow baking dish with the cooking spray. Place the fish into the baking dish. Spoon 1/4 cup salsa onto each fish fillet. Top each with 1 tablespoon cheese.
2.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Sprinkle with the cilantro, if desired.
