Salsa Chicken Salad Wraps

This is not your ordinary sandwich - it features tortillas filled with lots of seasoned chicken, lettuce, tomato and a splash of picante sauce. It's easy and delicious - a winning combination.

3/4 cupPace® Chunky Salsasee savings

2 tbsp.lime juicesee savings

1/2 tsp.chili powdersee savings

2 cupscooked chicken stripssee savings

3 cupsshredded lettucesee savings

3/4 cupsour creamsee savings

6flour tortillas (10-inch), warmedsee savings

1medium tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)see savings

3/4 cupshredded Cheddar cheese (about 3 ounces)see savings
Directions
1.
Stir the salsa, lime juice and chili powder in a large bowl. Add the chicken and lettuce and toss to coat.
2.
Spread 2 tablespoons sour cream on each tortilla to within 1/2-inch of the edge. Spoon about 3/4 cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with the tomato and cheese. Fold the sides of the tortillas around the filling and then fold up the ends to enclose the filling. Cut each wrap in half before serving. Serve with additional salsa for dipping, if desired.
