Salami and Ham Focaccia Sandwich

Ingredients
1 12-ounce (12-inch) Italian flat bread (focaccia)
1/4 cup bottled creamy-garlic salad dressing
8 ounces thinly sliced hard salami
4 plum tomatoes (Roma), thinly sliced
8 ounces thinly sliced provolone cheese
1 7-ounce jar roasted red sweet peppers, drained
8 ounces thinly sliced ham
4 romaine lettuce leaves
Directions
1. Slice the bread in half horizontally. Toast the cut sides on a hot griddle, in a large skillet or under the broiler.
2. Spread creamy-garlic salad dressing on the cut side of the bottom half of loaf. Arrange over dressing in following order: salami, tomatoes, provolone cheese, roasted sweet peppers, ham, and romaine leaves. Cover with remaining half loaf, cut side down. Cut sandwich into wedges. Makes 6 servings.
