Ingredients
  • plum tomatoes, cored and thinly sliced

  • whole-wheat or regular pre-baked pizza shell (10 ounces)

  • 1/4  teaspoon
    each salt and pepper

  • 3/4  cup
    shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

  • 3  tablespoons
    grated Parmesan cheese

  • 4  cups
    baby salad greens

  • 3  tablespoons
    light balsamic vinaigrette

Directions
1.
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Spread tomato slices onto paper towels. Let sit 5 minutes.
2.
Place pizza shell on a large baking sheet. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and continue to bake an additional 5 minutes.
3.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, toss salad greens with dressing. Remove pizza from oven; top with salad. Cut into wedges.
