Ruby and Gold Grapefruit Cocktail

1 cup red and/or white peeled grapefruit sections

1 teaspoon rosemary-flavored oil or olive oil

1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Snipped fresh rosemary
Directions

In a medium bowl combine red and/or white grapefruit sections, rosemary oil, and cracked pepper; toss gently to coat.

Spoon the grapefruit mixture into small serving bowls. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary. Makes 2 servings.
