  • 8    carrots, peeled and sliced 1/2 -inch thickOn Sale
  • 4    parsnips, peeled and sliced 1/2 -inch thickOn Sale
  • 1    rutabaga, peeled and diced 1/2 -inch thickOn Sale
  • 1    (10-ounce) bag pearl onions, peeledOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  olive oilOn Sale
  • 2  tablespoons  chopped fresh thymeOn Sale
  • 1 1/2  teaspoons  saltOn Sale
  • 1/2  teaspoon  ground black pepperOn Sale

Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; set aside.
2.
In a large bowl, combine all vegetables.
3.
In a small bowl, combine oil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add oil mixture to vegetables, tossing to coat evenly.
4.
Bake for approximately 1 hour until tender, stirring halfway through cooking time.
