Roasted Red-Pepper Pimento-Cheese Spread

    grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1  3  ounce package 
    cream cheese, softened
  • 2   tablespoons 
    diced pimentos, drained
  • 2   tablespoons 
    chopped roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1/4  teaspoon 
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4  teaspoon 
    hot pepper sauce
  • 1/8  teaspoon 
  • 1/8  teaspoon 
    ground black pepper
In a medium bowl, combine cheeses, pimentos, red peppers, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper, stirring well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
