Roasted Red-Pepper Pimento-Cheese Spread

  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons diced pimentos, drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
