Ingredients
  • 2-1/2 pounds
    new potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces

    olive oil

  • 1-1/2 teaspoons
    dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon
    salt

Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2.
Combine all ingredients in a 13-x-9-x-2-inch baking pan, and toss gently to coat potatoes.
3.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes.
