Roasted Garlic and Herb Shrimp with Spaghetti

Spaghetti and shrimp are tossed with a spicy red sauce to make a quick-cooking dinner that fits right into your busy day.

Ingredients

2 tbsp.olive oilsee savings

-
3 clovesgarlic, crushedsee savings

-
3 cupsPrego® Roasted Garlic and Herb Italian Saucesee savings

-
1/2 tsp.crushed red peppersee savings

-
1 lb.fresh or thawed frozen medium shrimp, peeled and deveinedsee savings

-
1 pkg.(10 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Garlic Breadsee savings

-
1 pkg.(16 ounce) spaghetti, cooked and drained (about 8 cups)see savings

-
3 tbsp.minced fresh Italian parsleysee savings

Directions
1.
Heat the oven to 400 degrees F. for the bread.
2.
Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until it's golden.
3.
Stir the sauce and red pepper in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes or until they're cooked through.
4.
Meanwhile, bake the bread according to the package directions.
5.
Toss the spaghetti with the shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with the parsley. Cut the bread into 2-inch diagonal slices. Serve the bread with the spaghetti mixture.
