Roasted Broccoli with Toasted-Pecan Butter

  • 1/3  cup  chopped pecansOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  unsalted butter, meltedOn Sale
  • 4    heads broccoli, cut into large floretsOn Sale
  • 1/3  cup  olive oilOn Sale
  • 1/2  tablespoon  saltOn Sale
  • 1/2  tablespoon  fresh ground black pepperOn Sale

Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

In a small saucepan, lightly toast pecans over medium heat. Add butter, reducing heat to low until butter melts. Turn off heat and set aside.
3.
Place broccoli in a large jelly-roll pan and toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
4.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until browned.
5.
Remove from oven, place in a serving dish and drizzle with butter mixture.
