Roast Beef and Radish Spread

Ingredients

1 8-ounce packagecream cheese, softenedsee savings

2 tablespoonsmayonnaise or salad dressingsee savings

2 tablespoonsDijon-style mustardsee savings

1 teaspoonprepared horseradishsee savings

3/4 poundcooked beef, finely choppedsee savings

1/2 cupfinely chopped radishessee savings

2green onions, finely choppedsee savings

Mini bagelssee savings

Directions

In medium bowl beat cream cheese, mayonnaise or salad dressing, mustard, and horseradish with an electric mixer on low to medium speed until fluffy. Fold in beef, radishes, and green onion. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight. Serve with mini bagels. Makes about 2 1/2 cups (20 2-tablespoon servings).

Up to 24 hours ahead, prepare dip; cover and chill.
