Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups chocolate graham-cracker crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
Filling:
1/2 cup butter
1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate morsels
4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
Garnish
Whole strawberries
Directions
1. Combine first three ingredients in a mixing bowl; stir. Press firmly in bottom and 1 inch up sides of a 10-inch springform pan. Chill.
2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
3. Melt butter and chocolate morsels in a heavy saucepan over low heat on stovetop, stirring often. Set aside.
4. Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed until creamy. Gradually add 2 cups sugar, beating well.
5. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
6. Stir in melted chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, and sour cream. Pour into prepared pan.
7. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes; turn oven off. Leave in oven with door closed for 3 hours.

9. Remove sides of pan and garnish with strawberries, if desired, before serving.
