  • 1-1/2  cups  sliced mushrooms (4 ounces)On Sale

  • 2  medium  oranges, peeled and sectioned, or one 11-ounce can mandarin orange sections, drainedOn Sale

Directions

In a large saucepan, cook mushrooms, celery, and onion in hot oil about 5 minutes or until tender. Add broth and water; bring to boiling. Stir in rice mix and seasoning packet; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 25 to 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Gently stir in orange sections and walnuts. Makes 6 servings.
