German Desserts

Germans love their cakes and pancakes for dessert, especially with fruit toppings. But the most famous German dessert, German chocolate cake, isn't really German at all; it was a recipe named for Englishman Samuel German, who created the recipe for a chocolate company (the recipe is still right here, however!).
