French Ratatouille
From the French word for tossing food, ratatouille, a Southern France classic, combines vegetables in a rich tomato sauce. While ratatouille is fantastic on its own as a main dish, it's also wonderful served on the side, folded into an omelette or wrapped in savory crepes.
