-Hi, everyone. I'm Judith. Well today, I'm gonna be showing you how to make No-Bake Cookies. Who needs an oven when you want something sweet? So, what you'll need for this. 8 whole-wheat graham cracker squares, finely ground; 1/4 cup of raisins; 1/4 cup of smooth natural peanut butter; 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons of honey; and 4 teaspoons of unsweetened coconut. So, this is the simplest cookie recipe I know. What we're gonna do is add in our graham crackers, our raisins, our peanut butter and our honey into our mix. I'm gonna give that a good stir. Now, you're gonna have to get your hands dirty very soon Let's just stir that around. Alright, hands are going in. Make sure they're clean. So, we're gonna combine those ingredients together and get them to a doughy consistency to make some cookies. So, it's really that honey and peanut butter that bind the graham crackers together. That mixture should all bind together with our peanut butter and honey. And, we'll gonna start making little flat cookies. So, with your hands-- I know it's gonna be a little sticky. But, with your hands, just let flatten them out into little rounds like so. There we go. And then, let's get our plate. We're gonna dip them into our coconut. Now, I've added a little bit more coconut just because I'm a coconut girl and I love it. And, we're just gonna dip it in to the coconut either both sides so it gets covered with that and that just stick on pretty easily. And there we go. We'll plate that up and that's your lovely No-Bake Cookies. So, I'm gonna finish that-- finish to do some more cookies with the rest of our ingredients. So, our cookies are ready. We flatten them out. Dip them in coconut. Plated them up. And that now is delicious, fast and yummy. That's how you make No-Bake Cookies.
