-Hey everybody, it's chef lovely, and in a sweet mood.
So, today, we are gonna make a Honey Glaze Chicken
Breast. Here the ingredients: 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast; I
a cup of orange juice; I have a cup of
honey; 2 tablespoon of lemon juice; and a 4 teaspoons
of salt. Okay, so here we go. First things first.
I have a mixing bowl here and a fork. We're
gonna take our orange juice, pour that right in. We're
gonna take our lemon juice. We're gonna season it with
a little bit of salt by 1/4 of a teaspoon,
and then we're gonna slowly whisk in our honey. Now,
this is gonna be a marinade in a glaze for
our chicken breast. So, it's gonna be sweet, and then
is also gonna have the acidity from the lemon juice
and the orange juice. So, it's gonna be absolutely delicious.
It's the play on sweet and sour which we know
is very good together, okay, there we go, just a
little bit more. We will scrape that bowl, okay. Let's
set this off to the side here. Once more whisk
and it should be good to go. So, that's it,
very easy, very quick. Okay, so here's our baking sheet,
and like I said, give it a nice spray of
a nonstick cooking spray just like that, and here's our
chicken, so what I'm gonna do to make this very
easy, I'm gonna take our chicken breast here, and we're
just gonna give it a nice little bath in our
orange juice, lemon juice, little bit of salt, and our
honey just like that. Let any excess kind of juice
drip off, than we're gonna lay that right on our
baking sheet just like that. So, here we go with
chicken breast number 2. Give it a flip, let it
set in for a couple of seconds. Let any remaining
kind of drip off, and here is chicken breast number
3. Okay, just like that. So, this is very quick,
easy and delicious. So, let's smooth it out of the
way. We're gonna take a piece of foil here, and
we're gonna give it a nice cover just like this.
We're gonna pop this in our preheated oven, which is
gonna be At 375, and we're gonna let this cook
for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, we're gonna take
the foil off, and we're gonna flip our chicken over
and we're gonna put it back in the oven uncovered
for another 20 to about 30 minutes or until the
juice going clear and it reaches 165 degrees internal temperature.
So, I'm gonna go and pop this to the oven
and when we come back, I'm gonna show how beautiful
and delicious this honey glazed chicken is. I'll see you
real soon. Okay, everybody, so we have pulled out our
chicken from the oven and as you can see it's
absolutely beautiful. The honey has given it a nice golden
caramelize color and you can see how juicy it is.
The juices are still kind of running off the chicken
on the plate. So, that's a good sign. You know,
that your chicken is gonna be moist and extremely flavorful.
