I went off the beaten path a little in making this recipe. I made my ingredients with a little more substance rather than "finely chopped" and used the parm cheese. I mixed those ingredients together then added the cream cheese. I'm not sure how gooey it is supposed to turn out and we did have to heat it longer than the 25 min. But overall it was really delicious and a HIT for Super Bowl Sunday.
