Ingredients
  • 1   quart very cold heavy cream
  • 1/2  cup sugar-free raspberry syrup
  • 8   scoops whey protein vanilla shake mix
  • 12   packets granular sugar substitute (sucralose)

Directions
1. 
Combine cream, syrup, protein mix and sugar substitute in a large bowl. Gently whisk until well mixed and dry ingredients are dissolved. Continue whisking until firm, but not stiff. (Mixture thickens quickly: do not over-whisk).
2. 
Cover and chill at least 2 hours or overnight. Spoon into dessert bowls and garnish with a few berries, if desired.
