Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 pounds
    boneless, skinless, chicken breasts

  • 1-1/2 cups
    Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing, divided

  • 2-1/2 cups
    panko bread crumbs

  • 2-1/2 tablespoons
    honey mustard

  • 1 teaspoon
    brown sugar

Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2.
Slice the chicken breasts into two-inch long pieces. Evenly coat chicken in dressing then dredge chicken in bread crumbs and arrange on greased baking sheet and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden. In a small bowl, combine the remaining dressing with the mustard and sugar until well blended.
