1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
24 chicken drummettes
1 1 ounce packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 cup prepared, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
1 bunch celery, washed well and cut into 3-inch pieces
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the the seasoning mix in a shallow dish.
Coat the drummettes evenly in the butter mixture then dredge the drummettes in the seasoning mix until evenly coated.
Arrange the drummettes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake the drummettes for 30 to 40 minutes, turning once, or until the drumettes are crispy and golden.
Sprinkle the paprika over the drummettes and serve with the dressing and celery on the side.
