Quick Turkey Stir-Fry

Here's a tasty use for leftover turkey...this quick and easy stir-fry is seasoned with ginger and soy sauce, and on the table in a snap!

Recipe from Campbell's
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 medium carrots, sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ground ginger
  • 1 10 1/2 ounce can Campbell's® Turkey Gravy
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked turkey
  • 3 cups hot cooked rice
In skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add carrots and ginger and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
Add gravy, soy, onions and turkey and heat through. Serve over rice.
