Quick Pizza Tostada

  • 1  6-inch
    flour tortilla

    tomato sauce or pizza sauce

    shredded herb-flavored or mozzarella cheese (1 ounce)

    cooked pepperoni pieces or 4 pepperoni slices, chopped

Directions
1.
Place tortilla under the broiler. Broil 3 inches from the heat about 2 minutes or until crisp, turning once. Remove tortilla from broiler.
2.
Spread tortilla with tomato sauce or pizza sauce. Top with herb cheese and pepperoni. Return to broiler and broil for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired. Makes 1 serving.
