Quick Burger

Ingredients
1/4 cup creamy Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 pound ground beef
4 hamburger buns, split
Lettuce
Catsup, mustard, pickles, and/or sliced tomatoes
Directions
1. Preheat the broiler. In a medium mixing bowl combine salad dressing and bread crumbs. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape into four 3/4-inch-thick patties.
2. Place burgers on broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 14 to 18 minutes or until an instant read thermometer inserted in the center registers 160 degree F.
3. Toast buns by broiling, cut side up, about 1 minute. Serve patties on buns with lettuce and condiments. Makes 4 servings.
