Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup  creamy Italian salad dressingOn Sale
  • 1/4 cup  fine dry bread crumbsOn Sale
  • 1 pound  ground beefOn Sale
  • 4   hamburger buns, splitOn Sale
  •   LettuceOn Sale
  •   Catsup, mustard, pickles, and/or sliced tomatoesOn Sale

Preheat the broiler. In a medium mixing bowl combine salad dressing and bread crumbs. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape into four 3/4-inch-thick patties.

Place burgers on broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 14 to 18 minutes or until an instant read thermometer inserted in the center registers 160 degree F.

Toast buns by broiling, cut side up, about 1 minute. Serve patties on buns with lettuce and condiments. Makes 4 servings.
