Quick-and-Easy Beef Pizza

Ingredients

1green pepper, cut into bite-size stripssee savings

1 smallonion, sliced and separated into ringssee savings

1 tablespoonolive oil or cooking oilsee savings

1 16-ounceItalian bread shell (12-inch Boboli)see savings

6 ouncescooked beef, cut into thin bite-size stripssee savings

1 cupcherry tomatoes, halvedsee savings

1 cupshredded Swiss cheese (4 ounces)see savings

2 tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheesesee savings

Directions
1.
In a large skillet cook green pepper and onion in hot oil until tender. Set aside.
2.
Place bread shell on a lightly greased baking sheet. Top with beef, onion mixture, and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese and Parmesan cheese.
3.
Bake in a 400 degree F oven about 8 minutes or until cheese melts and pizza is heated through. Makes 4 servings.
