Directions
1.
Cook onion in hot olive oil on medium heat for 4 minutes, or until tender. Stir in pumpkin puree, low-sodium chicken broth, water, peanut butter, curry powder, and salt; heat through. Swirl plain yogurt on top of each bowl.
