Pretzel Haystacks

These Halloween treats serve as table decoration and snacks for kids. Tie candy-coated pretzels together with licorice to make haystacks.

    1  2  ounce square 
    vanilla-flavored candy coating, melted

    chocolate-flavored candy coating, melted

    Pretzel sticks

    Red and/or black string licorice

Directions
1.
Dip one end of each pretzel stick into desired flavor of melted candy coating.
2.
Place pretzels on wax-paper-lined tray to dry.
3.
After the coating has dried, tie 4 or 5 sticks together with red or black string licorice. Makes 12 to 14 snacks.
Make-Ahead Tip:

Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
