Directions

Cook sausage sliced in skillet until brown.

Arrange smoked sausage slices, Cheddar cheese, deviled eggs, pickles, broccoli, carrots, and red pepper on platter. Serve with honey mustard, beer cheese dip, assorted crackers, and pretzels.
*Beer Cheese Dip:
In a saucepan combine 1/2 cup beer with 1 pound processed cheese spread cut into cubes. Heat over low until cheese is melted; stir until smooth. Serve in crock pot over low heat.
