  • 1/4  cup
    apple juice or apple cider

Directions
1.
In a small bowl combine apple juice and dash cinnamon. Divide the mixture between two 6-ounce custard cups. Core apples; remove peel from the top of each apple. Place the apples in the custard cups.

Place the custard cups in a shallow baking pan. In another small bowl combine pecans, brown sugar, and dash cinnamon. Sprinkle over the apples.
3.
Bake, covered, in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until apples are tender. If desired, serve the baked apples with frozen yogurt.
