Potato Chip Nachos

Ingredients

1 bag (5 ounces) Yukon Gold potato chips or other thick-sliced potato chips

1-1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces)

6 strips ready-to-serve precooked bacon, finely chopped

2/3 cup prepared chipotle salsa
Directions

Spread chips evenly over the bottom of a large microwave-safe dish, about 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Scatter cheese and bacon evenly over top.

Microwave on 100 percent power for 1 minute or until cheese is melted.

Spoon salsa evenly over top. Serve immediately. Makes 8 appetizer servings.
