    chili powder

  • 1/4  cup
    sweet paprika

  • 2 1/2  teaspoons
    ground black pepper

    dry mustard

    ground thyme

    Heavy duty aluminum foil

Directions
1.
In a medium bowl combine brown sugar and next 9 ingredients. Rub spare ribs with seasonings until well coated.
2.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Wrap ribs in 2 layers of heavy duty aluminum foil. Bake 2 hours.
3.
Remove from oven and unwrap. Grill over medium-high heat 30 minutes or until desired degree of tenderness.
