Pork Loin with Maple-Citrus Sauce

  • 1  (3- to 4-pound)  pork loin roastOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  maple syrupOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  soy sauceOn Sale
  • 3  tablespoons  frozen orange juice concentrate, thawedOn Sale
  • 2  teaspoons  minced garlicOn Sale
  • 2  teaspoons  chopped fresh thymeOn Sale
  • 1/2  teaspoon  ground gingerOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  crushed red pepper flakesOn Sale

Directions
1.
Place pork loin in a large zip-top bag.
2.
In a bowl, combine maple syrup and remaining ingredients. Pour half of the marinade over pork loin in bag. Reserve remaining marinade. Seal bag and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
3.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
4.
Remove pork from bag and place on a rack in a foil-lined roasting pan. Discard marinade in bag.
5.
Bake for 1 hour, or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of pork registers 145 degrees F, basting every 15 minutes with reserved marinade.
