Pork in Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

1 6-ounce packageSmithfield Grilled Pork Stripssee savings

-
4 ouncesmushrooms, sliced and rinsed in watersee savings

-
3/4 cupfloursee savings

-
Fresh ground peppersee savings

-
1 6-ounce jarmarinated artichokes, drained and cut in halfsee savings

-
1 16-ounce jarAlfredo saucesee savings

-
1/3 cupwatersee savings

-
3/4 poundfettuccine, cookedsee savings

-
Nonstick cooking spraysee savings

Directions
1.
Pour flour into a large zip-top bag and season with pepper. Place mushrooms in bag and shake gently to coat. Remove from bag and shake off excess flour.
2.
Spray a medium skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Cook mushrooms in hot pan until lightly browned on each side (about 3 to 4 minutes per side, depending on thickness). Add cut-up artichokes and pork strips.
3.
Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over ingredients. Pour 1/3 cup water into Alfredo sauce jar, recap and shake. Pour into skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through (about 10 minutes).
4.
Serve over fettuccine.
