Ingredients
  • 1   tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4   boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick (about 1 pound)
  • 2   cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1   teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 2   cups Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce OR Prego® Roasted Garlic and Herb Italian Sauce

Directions

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chops and cook for 10 minutes or until they're browned on both sides. Remove chops.

Add the mushrooms and oregano and cook until tender. Add the sauce and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Return the chops to the skillet. Cook for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
