Pork Chops with Mushrooms
Tired of the same old pork chops? Italian sauce seasoned with mushrooms and oregano makes these sauteed lean pork chops different and delicious.
Recipe from Prego Italian Sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick (about 1 pound)
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
2 cups Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce OR Prego® Roasted Garlic and Herb Italian Sauce
Add the mushrooms and oregano and cook until tender. Add the sauce and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Return the chops to the skillet. Cook for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with steamed broccoli flowerets.
