Pomegranate Smoothies

This light, frothy drink gives you all the heart-healthy benefits of pomegranate juice accented with a touch of sweet honey.

  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 6 ounce carton vanilla fat-free yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
In a blender, combine juice, yogurt, and honey. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice; cover and blend until frothy. Serve immediately.
