  • 1 cup
    Pace® Picante Sauce

  • 1 pkg.
    (18 ounces) prepared polenta, cut crosswise into 12 slices

  • green onions, minced (about 1/2 cup)

  • 1 1/2 cups
    shredded Mexican cheese blend (about 6 ounces)

Directions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spread 1/2 cup picante sauce on the bottom of a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Arrange the polenta slices in the baking dish, overlapping slightly. Top with the green onions, remaining picante sauce and cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the polenta is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
