  • 2  ounces  aquavitOn Sale
  •     Pickled baby beets on a skewer, for garnishOn Sale

Directions

Chill martini glasses by placing them in the freezer or putting ice cubes in the glasses. Combine beet juice, vermouth, vodka, and aquavit in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour drink through a strainer into glasses. Garnish with skewered baby beets.
