Pickled Beet Martini

8 ounces pickled beet juice

6 ounces vermouth

6 ounces vodka

2 ounces aquavit

Pickled baby beets on a skewer, for garnish
Directions

Chill martini glasses by placing them in the freezer or putting ice cubes in the glasses. Combine beet juice, vermouth, vodka, and aquavit in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour drink through a strainer into glasses. Garnish with skewered baby beets.
