  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1 16 ounce jar Pace® Picante Sauce
  • 1 can (about 15 ounces) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 6 6 inches flour tortillas, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
