  • 1  cup  bottled salsaOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  ground cinnamonOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  ground cuminOn Sale
  • 2  cups  chopped cooked chicken or turkeyOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  dried cranberries or raisinsOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  pitted green olives, coarsely choppedOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  chopped red onionOn Sale
  • 1  tablespoon  sliced almondsOn Sale
  • 1  cup  shredded manchego or Monterey Jack cheese (4 ounces)On Sale
  • 1  tablespoon  snipped fresh cilantroOn Sale

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Place bread shell on a baking sheet. In a small bowl combine salsa, cinnamon, and cumin. Spread evenly over bread shell. Top with chicken or turkey, cranberries or raisins, olives, red onion, and almonds.

Bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with manchego or Monterey Jack cheese. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes more or until pizza is heated through and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro. Cut into wedges to serve. Makes 6 main-dish servings.
