Ingredients

1Keebler® Ready Crust® Graham Pie Crustsee savings

1egg yolk, slightly beatensee savings

1egg, slightly beatensee savings

1 can(15 oz.) pumpkinsee savings

-
1 can(14 oz.) sweetened condensed milksee savings

-
1 teaspooncinnamonsee savings

-
1/2 teaspoonnutmegsee savings

-
1/4 teaspoonsaltsee savings

-
1/4 teaspoongingersee savings

Directions
1.
Brush bottom and sides of crust with 1 egg yolk. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
2.
In large bowl whisk together 1 egg, pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and ginger until combined. Pour into crust.
3.
Bake on baking sheet at 350 degrees F about 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 1 hour. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
4.
Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
