Pepperoni Pizza Loaf for 22
Three ingredients--Parmesan cheese, pepperoni, and fennel seed--make ordinary bread taste like pizza! Try it for your next grilled cheese sandwich.

Ingredients

1 cup water

3/4 cup finely chopped pepperoni

1/3 cup chopped green pepper

3 tablespoons olive oil or cooking oil

2 tablespoons tomato paste

4 cups bread flour

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon sugar

3/4 teaspoon salt

1-1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
Directions
1.
Add the ingredients to a 2-pound bread machine according to the manufacturer's directions. Select the basic white bread cycle. Store in the refrigerator. Makes 22 servings.
Note
The bread machine pan must have a capacity of 12 cups or more.
